Nitekeep is a front desk for studios that rent out their space. It answers the questions you have answered a hundred times, in your own words, and holds anything that needs you with a reply already written.

The everyday questions get answered.

Hours, wifi, what the space has and what it doesn't. Nitekeep answers only from facts you have approved, so a guest who asks for a stove hears, politely, that there isn't one.

A guest asks whether there is a stove for a cooking workshop. The reply, sent for the host at 11 pm, says there is a kitchenette but no stove. A guest asks about wifi. The reply says there is fast fiber wifi and the password comes with check-in.

2:00 am

Money and contracts wait for you.

Discounts, insurance, cancellations and anything unusual are never answered on their own. They are held for you with a reply drafted. In the morning you send it, change it, or don't reply at all.

In the morning, it's waiting on your phone.

Whatever needed you is in one list, each with a reply already written. Send it, change it, or don't reply.

You decide how much Nitekeep does. Auto-pilot sends the everyday replies on its own. Ask me first holds every reply for your yes. Paused stops it. Change it whenever you like.

Every correction teaches it.

Edit a reply before it goes, or mark a sent one as wrong and write what you would have said. Nitekeep keeps your version and follows it the next time a guest asks something similar.

What it won't do.

  • Invent a price, a policy or an open date. It answers from your facts or it holds the question.
  • Negotiate. Discounts and special terms are yours.
  • Share what it learns. Each studio's conversations and examples stay with that studio.

Named for the watch it keeps. When the sun sets on your studio, the nitekeep tends the house after dark.
